United States & Canada. Their goal is to foster the
preservation of historic buildings, cultural
resources, historic downtowns and neighborhoods,
historic real estate, and to promote heritage tourism
by facilitating communication among historic
preservation professionals and the general public. A
successful html based website for many years, they
were looking for a database driven website to ensure their growing website could be easily managed. A wide variety of new
features were required including an email newsletter
system, automatic photo uploader through their online
forms, credit processing and revenue manager with export feature,
incorporating Google Maps to real estate listings, and
a comprehensive membership area allowing customers to
access and manage their listings at anytime.

Pension Consultants, Inc., a regional retirement plan provider for small employers approached Stolutions with a unique challenge. Sensitive electronic documents needed to be transferred from a plan administrator to a client (and then back again). A web-based file transfer solution was designed to provide a Pension Consultants associate secure access to a virtual "inbox" from which files could be sent and received. Automated email notifications were incorporated to provide quick links to view posted files and to ensure that the process remained efficient. An added benefit of the system is that it acted as a centralized system for managing client and contact information which could then be exported for external use. The website is protected using industry-standard SSL technology (128 bit) to ensure that personal pension data is secure.

Woodland Place Townhomes was in need of a website to promote their newly developed clubhouse and pool community. An additional highlight of the site is the customer-maintained "Community Updates" section that lets the client upload images and provide captions during the construction process to keep potential buyers informed.

Bristol Equestrian Estates (BEE), based in the Madison, WI area was in need of a website to promote their horse stables and riding lessons. Stolutions worked with BEE to create a visually appealing website that was inline with their current marketing materials. An additional feature of the website allows BEE to maintain a listing of upcoming and past events through a series of web-based tools. Digital images can be linked to each event effortlessly to create an online image gallery. Photos are automatically resized without the need for graphics software making updates to the website simple.

Schaumberg Builders, a regional builder and general contractor was in need of a website to promote their business. Not only was a clean and attractive marketing website created, but the ProjectTrax application was born. One major concern for the Schaumberg Builders was being able to effectively communicate project information to their clients. The ProjectTrax application was designed to help facilitate both the gathering of information from project managers and the publishing of status reports for clients to see via the web. ProjectTrax includes password-protected access for a variety of users to ensure that only appropriate information is seen by a given person. Employees of Schaumberg Builders are able to manage projects from start to finish more efficiently while eliminating many of the forms that had previously been filled out by hand.
A redesign of the site is currently in progress which would give the website a more clean and professional look.

Foxbay Realty came to Stolutions in an effort to get a website up to promote their realty business. In some of the initial meetings, ideas were drawn and layouts planned as to what features would be included on the site. The ability to maintain and update properties for sale as well as a corresponding open house schedule was essential. This feature was created with the end goal in mind of making it as user friendly as possible. An employee of Foxbay Realty, simply logs into a secured area, enters property information, and provides pictures. With the click of a button the information is then instantly available for their home-buyers to see. A showing request form was also added to increase the user experience and ease the sales process.
